Palace of Justice, Batumi
2009
The Palace of Justice in Batumi is the first building of the urban development that characterizes an important area of the city expanding towards the South and the airport.
It’s a symbolic round tower, it raises for 17 levels and represents the purpose of the Government to invest in the architectural quality of the city.
The public palace includes the offices of the Minister, the Public Registry Agency, the National Civil Registry Agency, the Procurator of Batumi and the Enforcement Bureau of Adjara.
The new building is visible from the hills and the sea. It will be a landmark for the people, a typical lighthouse that doesn’t bother the landscape but orients and qualifies itself.
